Acceptance Of Terms
Asteria MU (www.asteriamu.com) provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us in our sole discretion from time to time without notice to you. "Asteria MU" refers to Asteria MU and its Affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. We may also refer to Asteria MU as "We" or "Us". You agree that your continued use of the Service (as defined below) after such update will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated TOS. In addition, when using particular Asteria MU services, you and Asteria MU shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. Asteria MU also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Services. These TOS do not apply to such other services. The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the state of Bulgaria without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state of Bulgaria.
Description Of Service
Asteria MU currently provides users with access to a rich collection of online resources, including, various communications tools, online forums, shopping services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Asteria MU properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Asteria MU assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, currency, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. You acknowledge that Asteria MU is not responsible or liable in any way for your access to the World Wide Web. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the set-up, configuration or compatibility of the hardware, software and other equipment used by you for obtaining access to the Service.
Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of the Service being made available to you, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Asteria MU has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Asteria MU has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) without any liability to you. Asteria MU is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must provide proper guidance. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content (as defined in Section 6 below) are appropriate for your child.
Webshop items and all types of credits/coins are labeled as virtual products. We do not issue refunds for virtual products once the order is submitted. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products. By buying our product from our website you agree that, because of the nature of the products sold, which are virtual, there are no refunds under any circumstance. If you submit any payment you agree that you will not dispute, ask for a partial refund, or a full refund. If you do not agree to the above, please do not submit any payment.
Member/User Account, Password And Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You are prohibitted to sell or buy other's account nor any resources under the account (characters, items, credits etc.) You agree to (a) immediately notify Asteria MU of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Asteria MU cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
You understand and acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted via the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Asteria MU, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. Asteria MU cannot and does not control or monitor the Content posted via the Service and, as such, cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand and acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Asteria MU be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any exposure to offensive, indecent or objectionable Content, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
All trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site or Services are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third-party which may own the Marks.
